Welcome to BODY BY LION!

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our services. 

By engaging with BODY BY LION, you explicitly agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided:

- Personal Training: Our expert trainers deliver tailored sessions designed to empower you in achieving your health and fitness aspirations, including customized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and comprehensive lifestyle recommendations.

- Holistic Health Coaching: We are dedicated to enhancing your overall well-being by focusing on the intricate balance of physical, mental, and emotional health through personalized assessments, nutritional guidance, and stress management techniques.

- Spiritual Advisory Coaching: Our spiritual services facilitate your personal growth and spiritual journey through intuitive readings, energy healing, and guided meditation.

2. Client Obligations: 

- Transparency: Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their health, fitness levels, and transformation goals.

- Engagement: Clients are expected to actively engage in all recommended programs, including physical and digital exercises, as well as maintaining written food/drink logs for optimal results.

- Safety Assurance: Clients bear full responsibility for their own safety, time management, and environmental awareness during all sessions and must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.

3. Payment Terms:

- Fees: All fees are detailed in the pricing agreement provided prior to service commencement and must be settled in full before services are rendered.

- Non-Refund Policy: All payments are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, as outlined in our non-refund policy.

4. Confidentiality Commitment:

- Privacy Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that all personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. 

Disclosure of information will only occur with your explicit consent, in cases of abusive behavior, or at risk to themselves or others or as mandated by law.

- Confidential Communications: All communications between clients and trainers/coaches are strictly confidential, with exceptions only for legal or ethical obligations.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

- Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 7 Days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee!

- Service Availability: We strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences; however, availability may vary based on demand.

6. Limitation of Liability:

- Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. 

BODY BY LION is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property Rights:

- All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with BODY BY LION, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, training programs, and written materials, are the exclusive property of BODY BY LION. 

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited!

8. Non-Compliance and Breach of Contract:

- Clients who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions may face immediate termination of services without refund. 

This includes, but is not limited to, instances of verbal or physical abuse. 

Such behavior is considered a breach of contract, resulting in restrictions from future services. Continued abusive behavior may lead to legal action!

9. Acknowledgment Statement:

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

10. Signatures:

This Agreement shall be deemed effective upon acceptance by both parties.
