NON-REFUND POLICY FOR BODY BY LION:

At BODY BY LION, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services tailored to meet your health, fitness, and personal growth goals. 

Please carefully review our Non-Refund Policy, which outlines our stance on refunds and cancellations.

1. General Non-Refund Policy:

All payments made for services rendered by BODY BY LION are final and non-refundable. 

This policy applies to all services, including personal training, holistic health coaching, and spiritual advisory coaching.

2. Service Commitment:

We dedicate significant resources and time to plan and deliver our services. 

Therefore, once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction or cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 7 Days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund or credit!

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

While our policy is strictly non-refundable, we may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. 

Clients must submit a written request outlining the circumstances for review. Approval of any exceptions is at the sole discretion of BODY BY LION.

5. Non-Compliance:

Clients who fail to comply with these terms, including providing accurate information and engaging in the recommended programs, may face immediate termination of services without refund. 

Verbal or physical abuse towards our staff or other clients constitutes a breach of contract, resulting in restrictions from future services. 

Continued abusive behavior may lead to legal action!

6. Acknowledgment:

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Non-Refund Policy. 

You agree to comply with its terms as a condition of your engagement with BODY BY LION.
